    To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

    1. Fees and Payments

    • Consultation Fee: A non-refundable consultation fee of $199 is required to begin our services. This fee will be applied towards the total success fee if we successfully help you purchase or sell a vehicle.

    • Success Fee: A fixed fee of 3% of the vehicle’s purchase or sale price will be charged upon the successful completion of our services. The consultation fee will be deducted from this amount.

    • Refund Policy: The consultation fee is 100% refundable if we are unable to find the perfect car or buyer within the specified value range for the chosen service package.

  4. Client Responsibilities
    As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested by Coastal Motor Advisory. This includes, but is not limited to, information about your vehicle preferences, financial situation, and any other details necessary to deliver our services. You are responsible for reviewing all contracts, documents, and agreements provided to you during the course of our services.

  5. Vehicle Transactions
    Coastal Motor Advisory acts as a consulting and referral service only. We do not directly handle the sale or purchase of vehicles. All transactions are conducted between the client and the dealer or seller. While we strive to connect you with reputable dealers, we are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of any third-party dealers or sellers.

  6. Disclaimer of Warranties
    Coastal Motor Advisory provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or that the outcomes will be satisfactory. While we endeavor to offer accurate and reliable advice, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
